Need to update just one person’s profile? Use this form when allergies, preferences, or serving needs have changed for an individual. We’ll confirm by email and update that household member’s profile.

Important: Changes for the upcoming week must be submitted by Thursday at 9 pm CST to be applied.

Need to update your weekly bundle?

Please list this individual household member’s total servings per week for each category below (not just the changes). Example: If John currently receives 3 lunches and you’d like to add 2 more for him, write “5 total” under Lunches. Since other members of the household are not changing, you do not need to list their totals here.
