• May include overnight oats, frittatas, protein waffles, chia pudding, smoothies, or breakfast bowls

LUNCHES:

• Light yet satisfying single-serving meals
• 4-5 oz. of protein (chicken, beef, seafood, or plant-based options)
• Includes vegetables + grains or starch (or extra veg for low-carb options)
• Examples:

DINNERS:
