Thai inspired and vegan…. Whole wheat spaghetti, edamame, julienned, carrots and red bell peppers, scallions, and crushed peanuts - all tossed in our house made peanut sauce and garnished with cilantro and shaved serranos. Optionally, add chicken or shrimp to increase the protein!
